Our Story
TAKI was born facing the Sekumpul waterfalls, where the water drops eighty metres through the jungle. Here we cook as you would at a counter in Japan: with binchotan charcoal, a sharp knife and patience.
Our A5 Wagyu comes from Kagoshima and Miyazaki, and our bluefin tuna is aged in-house. Everything else — the citrus, the cacao, the salt, the flowers — comes from Bali.
A binchotan grill at 900 °C. The Wagyu is seared in seconds and sliced at your table.
The waterfalls are our dining room. Every table on the terrace looks out over the valley.
Island ingredients, ceramics by local artisans and teak wood.
